Refund policy
Scope
This policy applies to paid programming consulting engagements with Vector Gateway Consulting Sdn. Bhd. (SSM 202401885585): discovery sprints, milestone-based modernisation programmes, and technical advisory retainers.
Eligibility
- Discovery sprint: If you cancel before we begin billable work, fees paid are refundable minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred with your written approval.
- Milestone programmes: Fees for a milestone are refundable within 7 calendar days of your written acceptance of that milestone’s deliverables, minus the value of work already performed and documented in the milestone report.
- Advisory retainer: Unused hours in a prepaid month may be refunded within 7 calendar days of invoice date if no advisory sessions were delivered.
Non-refundable items
Deposits securing a reserved start date, milestone payments once the agreed milestone work has started, and disbursements (travel, tooling licences procured on your behalf) are non-refundable unless we fail to deliver the agreed scope.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule workshops with at least five business days’ notice. Cancellations within five business days of a scheduled on-site day may forfeit that day’s pre-agreed fee as stated in your statement of work.
How to request a refund
Email info@vector-gateway.digital or call +60-3-0000-1703 with your invoice number and reason. We respond within five business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days.
Consumer remedies
Nothing here limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, including access to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims for qualifying disputes up to RM 50,000.
