1. Who we are

These terms apply to consulting services offered by Vector Gateway Consulting Sdn. Bhd. (SSM 202401885585), 76, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (“we”, “us”). Director: Tan Mei Ling.

2. Services

We provide paid consulting on modernising ageing application estates, including discovery sprints, milestone-based implementation support, and technical advisory retainers. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined only in a signed statement of work or order form — not by general marketing copy on this website.

3. Enquiries

Submitting the contact form does not create a binding contract. We may decline engagements that fall outside our expertise or conflict-of-interest policies.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are payable by bank transfer within the period stated on the invoice. Late payment may pause work after notice.

5. Client responsibilities

You will provide timely access to systems, documentation, and decision-makers needed for the agreed scope. Delays in access may shift schedules without penalty to us.

6. Intellectual property

Unless the statement of work states otherwise, you receive ownership of bespoke deliverables created for you upon full payment. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, and general know-how.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for the engagement. This survives termination.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 where they apply to you as a consumer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Kuala Lumpur have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
